Lolek Theatre Company is a youth performing arts program under Christ the King in the Catholic Diocese of Wichita. Any student ages 8-18 may apply to join Lolek. Applications will open in the early summer and will cover the entire 2025-2026 season. Subscribe to our mailing list to be first to get the link and other details.

Rehearsals take place at Christ the King. Schedules vary by production, and are shared at the time of application so that students can opt-out of being considered for productions that will not work with their schedule.

Lolek is entirely volunteer-run, with volunteers coming from student families as well as the wider community. Each family is required to have at least one adult volunteer who meets Diocese of Wichita VIRTUS requirements to participate behind-the-scenes. Volunteers are matched to committees and projects (costumes, sets, tech, etc.).
